Administrative Assistant with ten-year experience in international and Italian companies seeking employment: I am providing administrative support to the office by performing several administrative functions. I maximizes work productivity through the efficient use of resources.

What I can do:

Translate and interpret

Schedule and coordinate events, meetings, programs and activities

Prepare correspondence

Manage files and records

Create forms, spreadsheets, and presentations

Research and prepare reports and proposals

Order supplies

Run the switchboard

Welcome and receive visitors

Run various errands

Constantly and effectively communicate with Office Administrator, Peers and Co-workers

Provide follow-up and status reports on projects

I have:

Minimum of 9 years experience in an Administrative Services Support role at EU level (Parliament) and Embassy and private companies

Computer skills using MS Office.
